The base material is brass (60 percent copper and 40 percent zinc) and Moulds are used for shaping in the sandcasting process which is then polished. Typically, the production is an assembly line process involving 30-40 craftsmen because Brass sculpting and engraving requires special skills and takes a lot of patience and care. It requires a high level of craftsmanship to finalize the designs and different types of training.
